About the event
Dealing with Sexual Anxiety: For Those on the Spectrum is a gentle and affirming class designed to help neurodivergent individuals explore the complex emotions that often surround intimacy and sex. Whether your anxiety stems from sensory sensitivities, past experiences, a fear of the unknown, or social communication challenges, this class creates a low-pressure space where you’re not expected to perform, disclose, or conform. We'll talk through common triggers and blocks, and work together to identify tools and strategies for navigating sexual situations with more clarity and self-compassion.
This class focuses on education, empowerment, and practical guidance. Through discussion, exercises, and optional self-reflection prompts, we’ll explore topics like consent and pacing, understanding your arousal and nervous system, and how to communicate your needs.
