In the class focusing on overcoming queer imposter syndrome, participants delve into a journey of self-discovery and empowerment within the LGBTQ+ community. The course addresses the unique challenges faced by individuals who may experience feelings of doubt, insecurity, or a sense of not belonging due to their sexual orientation or gender identity.
Through a combination of interactive discussions, self-reflection exercises, and supportive group activities, attendees explore strategies and techniques to navigate and overcome imposter syndrome. The class provides a safe and inclusive space for participants to share their experiences, gain validation, and receive guidance on building confidence and resilience in their personal and professional lives.
By the end of the course, participants emerge with a deeper understanding of imposter syndrome within the context of the LGBTQ+ community and practical tools to combat self-doubt and embrace their authentic selves. The class fosters a sense of community and empowerment, equipping individuals with the skills and mindset needed to thrive and succeed while celebrating their unique identities.
About the instructors:  This class is co-taught by two of the owners, Stina French and Fawn O’Breitzman. Both of them were college professors for over 20 years. They love to work with each other and bring the best of psychology, expression, and lived experiences to the class.
