About the event
Sexual intimacy can be a complex experience, especially for those with sensory sensitivities. This class, "How to Enjoy Sex With Sensory Issues," is designed to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore ways to enhance their sexual experiences. We will focus on understanding sensory triggers and how they can impact pleasure, while also introducing relaxation techniques that help ease discomfort and anxiety during intimate moments.
The class will guide you through various methods of relaxation, such as breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and gentle touch, all tailored to accommodate sensory needs. By learning how to recognize and manage sensory overload, you can create a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for yourself and your partner. These techniques not only help reduce stress but also promote a deeper connection during intimacy.
Effective communication is another key aspect of this class. We will explore ways to openly discuss sensory needs and boundaries with your partner, ensuring that both parties feel understood and respected. By fostering clear and compassionate communication, you can navigate the challenges of sensory issues together, creating a more fulfilling and pleasurable sexual experience.
