Queer Nude Yoga

Queer Nude Yoga offers a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals to explore yoga in their most authentic form—completely free from the constraints of clothing and societal norms. This class is designed to promote body positivity, self-acceptance, and a deeper connection to both the self and the queer community. Whether you're experienced or new to yoga, you’ll be guided through mindful movements and meditative practices in a judgment-free environment that celebrates diversity, identity, and openness. Come as you are and experience the freedom of practicing yoga in a space that embraces all of you.

This will be a slow flow and heartfelt Hatha Yoga class taught and  experienced in the nude! Participants can expect breathing exercises,  warm up, slow movements, balancing work, holding poses for an extended  6-10 breaths, and a few laughs along the way.
