Through guided mindfulness and self touch practices, you’ll learn to quiet anxious, judgmental thoughts and relax your body to let pleasure in so you skyrocket the depth of connection in your relationship(s).

Learn why receiving can feel difficult, and why it actually makes a lot of sense. You’ll explore strategies to feel comfortable receiving more pleasure during sex, communicate to a lover when you notice you’re having trouble receiving, and enhance your ability to receive in your everyday life (this skill is useful everywhere!)
