About the event
Learn about the psychological, emotional, and physiological benefits of masturbation. Through expert guidance and open discussions, this class aims to help participants cultivate a healthier relationship with their body, enhance self-esteem, and embrace self-care as a vital aspect of overall well-being.
This class goes beyond the physical act of masturbation, aiming to empower individuals to cultivate a healthier relationship with their bodies, boost self-esteem, and recognize self-care as a crucial component of overall well-being.
Explore the full spectrum of pleasure in a supportive and educational setting, where discussions around the stigma of self-pleasure are met with understanding and encouragement. Join us on this empowering journey towards self-discovery, as we redefine the narrative around masturbation and encourage a shame-free approach to embracing one's own desires.
We’re Denver’s home for research-based, shame-free, embodied, and inclusive sex education.  Everything you should have learned in high school and more.  We believe sex education should be pleasure-focused and accessible to all!
About the Instructor:  Fawn O’Breitzman has been a college professor for over 20 years. She specializes in issues of Sex and Gender and presents at conferences all around the country. She does inclusion training for businesses and has worked with everyone from hospitals to construction yards to help companies make sure they are providing the best and most respectful care to their clients. She was raised primarily Catholic to a father who had studied to be a priest and an aunt who became a mother-superior, so she also knows a great deal about guilt and shame.
