About the event
This class is guided by a trauma-skilled, somatic sexologist who brings together Erotic Blueprints™, kink-informed somatics, and deep nervous system work to explore how consensual power, sensation, and edge can be used therapeutically. Rather than focusing on performance or shock value, the emphasis is on presence, attunement, and using erotic intensity as a pathway back into safety, agency, and self-trust.
You’ll learn how kink can support trauma healing by working with the body instead of overriding it—understanding arousal patterns, collapse and activation states, and how intentional scenes can help rewire long-held responses. This is about more than behavior change; it’s about restoring choice, reconnecting to desire, and reclaiming parts of yourself that may have gone dormant in the name of survival.
