This class offers insights into the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that come with aging and provides practical advice on how to embrace and enhance your sexual well-being at any stage of life. It's a space to explore how our desires shift and how to keep intimacy vibrant and fulfilling.

Participants will learn about the unique benefits and challenges of maintaining sexual health and intimacy as we age, including how to address concerns around body image, energy, and changing dynamics in relationships.
