What if nothing was “wrong” with you—only what you were taught?
So many of us carry shame about our bodies, our desires, and the things that turn us on. Maybe it shows up as guilt after pleasure, difficulty asking for what you want, or feeling disconnected from your erotic self altogether.
This 90 min workshop is a gentle, judgment-free space to begin letting that go.
Becoming Shameless is about softening the weight of shame and reconnecting with your natural right to feel, want, and enjoy. You won’t be asked to share anything you’re not ready to. Instead, you’ll be guided through reflection, simple exercises, and new ways of thinking that help you build a more compassionate and empowered relationship with your sexuality.
