What to Expect:
Step into a soft, sensual space where your body becomes the altar.
Through slow touch, breath, and intuitive movement, this class invites you to listen inward and meet yourself with tenderness.
Taught by Lady Godiva, a blind movement artist who learned to use self-touch to create safety and pleasure in a world that often failed to truly see her, this experience guides you toward that same liberation — feeling yourself fully, lovingly, and without apology.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that supports your comfort — a blanket, your favorite body oil or lotion, or whatever helps your body feel held. Clothing optional. No experience needed. Every body is welcome.
