Circles of Sexuality: A Tool to Explore our Sexual Selves

Are you curious about who you are sexually? Do you want to do more  exploration surrounding your sexual background and how it impacts you?  Then this training might be the place to start. The circles of sexuality  are a tool that sex therapists and educators use to explore  different parts of who you are through 5 topics: intimacy, sexual  health, sensuality, sexualization, and identity. This workshop will  guide you through questions, prompts, and somatic exercises to explore  your sexual values. The workshop will also use a somatic lens to explore  these topics, which means we will be using sensations, breathing, and  body awareness to get in touch with what you are experiencing.

About the instructor: Coty  Nolin (she/her) is a sex and relationships therapist in the Denver  area. Coty specializes in working with folks in kink/BDSM, Polyam/CNM,  and LGBTQIA+ communities.
