Dude Nude Yoga

About your instructor: Chris found yoga somewhat late in life, taking his first class at the age of 35, and it was love at first sight. At the time, he had recently become sober (going on 9 years sober this month), and yoga became his saving grace. Chris took his first training shortly after and has been teaching since 2019.…
