The “Arc” of an Ecstatic Dance set: Ecstatic dance always begins slowly, then ramps up to a “peak,” then ramps back down again. We’ll begin each session with an opening circle and a little discussion of our intentions for the dance.  We’ll connect in a closing circle by sharing our experiences of the dance with each other.
