About the event
Releasing Yourself from Shame: Poly Edition is a transformative course designed for polyamorous folks—or those exploring ethical non-monogamy—who are ready to break free from shame, stigma, and the limiting beliefs society places on how we “should” love.
In this supportive, affirming space, we’ll explore the roots of internalized shame and how messages about monogamy, jealousy, worthiness, and “success” in relationships can quietly shape our self-perception. Through guided exercises, personal reflection, and open discussion, you’ll gain tools to identify and release those barriers, while reconnecting with the joy, freedom, and integrity at the heart of your relationship style.
This course invites you to embrace your polyamorous identity with confidence, compassion, and pride—whether you’re new to the journey or have been practicing for years. We’ll cover topics like self-trust, communicating boundaries, managing cultural stigma, and nurturing authentic connections in all forms.
By honoring your truth and building emotional resilience, you’ll leave this course…
