Trauma doesn’t just impact your inner world—it reaches outward, often disrupting your ability to trust, connect, and feel safe in relationships. If you’ve experienced challenges with intimacy, vulnerability, or closeness, this class offers a supportive space to begin repairing those fractures.
We’ll start by exploring how trauma triggers arise in relationships and how they can create patterns of avoidance, conflict, or disconnection. You’ll learn to recognize these triggers and begin responding to them in ways that feel empowering instead of overwhelming.
We’ll also discuss attachment styles and how they shape your approach to closeness, trust, and intimacy. By understanding your patterns, you can begin to shift toward healthier, more secure relationships.
This class focuses heavily on boundaries as a foundation for trust and safety. You’ll learn how to identify your needs, communicate them clearly, and maintain boundaries that protect your well-being while fostering mutual respect. We’ll practice hands-on communication tools…
