This beginner-friendly class will guide you through the basics of body confidence, teasing eye contact, and hypnotic movements designed to captivate your audience—whether it's a partner or just for your own pleasure. Open to all experience levels, genders, and bodies (18+), this class is a supportive, judgment-free space to explore your sensuality.
You’ll learn the basics of Lap Dance, including confident body movement, eye contact, playful teasing, and how to bring your own personality into your dance. It’s all about feeling enlivened and having fun. There will be chair and floor work with modifications provided for all levels. If you have concerns about mobility, feel free to reach out in advance (your instructor is also a disabled diva and safety focused).
