Embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment in a class designed to nurture self-love and personal growth. Participants delve into strategies and practices that foster a positive and compassionate relationship with oneself, emphasizing the importance of self-care and inner well-being.

Through guided exercises, reflective discussions, and mindfulness techniques, attendees explore various aspects of self-love, including self-acceptance, self-esteem, and self-compassion. The class provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, empowering them to embrace their true selves and cultivate a deeper sense of fulfillment and happiness.

By the end of the course, participants emerge with a toolkit of practical skills and insights to continue their journey of self-discovery and self-love. With a newfound understanding of the importance of nurturing oneself, attendees are equipped to navigate life's challenges with resilience, compassion, and a renewed sense of inner strength.

About the instructor:  Fawn O’Breitzman has been a college professor for over 20 years. She specializes in issues of Sex and Gender and presents at Transgender conferences all around the country. She does inclusion training for businesses and has worked with everyone from hospitals to construction yards to help companies make sure they are providing the best and most respectful care to their clients. She is a cis-gender lesbian married to a gender-queer individual who occasionally sings with the Gay Men's Chorus. She's been described by students as being "almost unreasonably excited" about what she teaches.
