About the event
Sometimes polyamory is challenging. In this class, you'll get the tools you need to help manage jealousy and other difficult emotions. We'll take time to work through communication exercises to help you express what you're feeling in a healthy way. You'll learn how to identify, process, and get yourself out of feeling defensive and frustrated when things don't go the way you want them to. We'll finish the evening with a thoughtful reflection on what you and your partner(s) can do to help your relationship(s) thrive.
Due to an injury, this class will be virtual. You will be given a link to join her online.
This class is taught by Lindsay Hayes, MA, MFTC. She practices therapy part-time and is a full-time PhD student researching polyamory.
