Primal Body Play with Luna

Primal Body Play with Luna is an immersive, hands-on class designed to explore the raw, instinctive side of physical sexual play through a lens of safety, consent, and connection. In this workshop, Luna will guide participants through techniques that awaken the body’s natural, animalistic impulses—such as grappling, wrestling, biting, chasing, pinning, and rough touch—all within negotiated boundaries. This class welcomes people of all experience levels who are curious about bringing more physicality and intensity into their intimate encounters.

Rooted in principles of somatic awareness and trauma-informed practice, the class will emphasize how to read body language, establish verbal and nonverbal safewords, and create trust before engaging in primal dynamics. Luna will also cover important topics such as aftercare, navigating power exchange without scripts, and the psychological layers that can arise when tapping into our inner beasts.
