The degree to which we hold our anger, our grief, and our shame in solitude has created an epidemic. By coming together and reclaiming our right to relish in the full range of the human experience, we celebrate and empower each other.

Dress to express: You are invited to use your clothing (or lack thereof) to express yourself in your journey. I like to wear a black hoodie to help me go deep inward to the heart of what feels antagonistic and underneath the hoodie I wear something that makes me feel like a lioness or phoenix when I peel off the hoodie. (Sometimes that is lingerie, sometimes it is nothing but my birthday suit, sometimes it is cat ears and a tail). 

Bring a pillow, stuffed animal, or other comfort item that can catch your tears if they flow.
