About the event
This will be a beginner friendly Hatha Yoga flow class where we'll  be focusing on engaging the Mula Banda, which is the Sanskrit word for  the muscle groups present in the pelvic floor.  Participants can expect breathing exercises, warm up, internal muscle  control work, holding poses for an extended 6-10 breaths, and a few  laughs along the way. Having a strong pelvic floor is important for sexual health and increasing sexual pleasure for ALL genders!
Note: I'll have some props and yoga mats available, but please bring a yoga mat if you have one! And a towel.
