About the event
Change is not a detour from life — it is life. Whether it’s coming out later than you expected, navigating a gender transition, moving through menopause, or facing the unraveling of a marriage, every major shift carries both grief and possibility. In this workshop, we explore the emotional terrain of transformation: the loss of who we were, the fear of who we are becoming, and the courage it takes to step forward anyway.
We will talk honestly about the hidden layers of change — the body changes, the relational shifts, the identity renegotiations, and the quiet loneliness that can accompany even longed-for transitions. Drawing from shared discussion, reflective exercises, and grounding practices, participants will learn how to hold grief without being swallowed by it, and how to recognize renewal even when it arrives disguised as chaos.
