About the event
Join us for a deeply immersive evening of self-love, healing, and sensory exploration. The Love Remedy is a guided blindfolded experience designed to help you relax, reconnect with your body, and expand love from the inside out.
What to Expect:
Blindfolded Movement – Let go of inhibitions and reconnect with your body through slow, intuitive movement. Self-Massage – Experience the healing power of your own touch as you nurture and soothe yourself with intention. Mindful Chocolate Tasting – Heighten your senses and savor the pleasure of presence with a guided tasting. Live Harp Music by Alex Bernat – An internationally trained harpist specializing in trauma-informed sound healing will accompany your journey with soothing, ethereal melodies.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat for relaxation and movement. A blanket or pillow for ultimate coziness.
Blindfolds and chocolate will be provided!
