About the event
Female pleasure is often misunderstood, under-taught, and surrounded by myths. Many of us were never taught how desire actually works, how stress and shame affect our bodies, or what creates the conditions for deeply satisfying intimacy.
Whether you're a woman wanting to better understand your own body or someone hoping to become a more informed and connected partner, this class offers a compassionate, evidence-based exploration of female pleasure.
The Art of Female Pleasure is a welcoming, judgment-free workshop that goes far beyond anatomy or sexual technique. Together, we'll explore how pleasure is influenced by our nervous system, emotional well-being, relationships, and the messages we've received throughout our lives. We'll discuss why desire isn't always spontaneous, how stress, parenting, mental load, shame, cultural messages, trauma, and everyday life can impact arousal, and why safety is one of the most important ingredients for pleasure.
