In this beginner-to-intermediate class, you'll learn the foundations of therapeutic flogging, including negotiation skills, consent practices, scene structure, safety considerations, and fundamental flogging techniques. Whether you're brand new to impact play or looking to refine your existing skills, this class will help you build confidence and competence with one of kink's most versatile tools.
Once the basics are covered, we'll explore the unique ways therapeutic flogging can support personal growth more rapidly than therapy by syncing the body with the mind and adding in affirmative phrases. We'll discuss the role of altered states of consciousness and how intentional scenes can be designed to support psychological wellness and personal growth.
